TESCO WIDNES

This is not the first time that I have come here within the advertised opening hours and with the petrol tarrifs lit up on the outside to find it is closed. It is perfectly possible for Tesco to enter it on their website and even easier to show it on their on site displays that IT IS CLOSED and not open until midnight as advertised!!!!

Staff friendly but there is frequently problems with card readers on pumps and in kiosk. Had frequent problems with fuel card and debit cards, no problem using these cards anywhere else. Pumps are constantly out of receipt roll paper, if less experienced staff are on they sometimes do not know how to reprint a receipt from the pump, requesting that you get it sorted by customer services in the main store building, so inconvenient when you’re in a rush. Get it sorted Tesco.
