The pumps are very close together, making it a tight squeeze for 2 family cars to use. The customer service starts with “Pump number!” Is that a question? There’s no “hi, please, thank you”, or even a smile from the 3 staff I have encountered (I really do try not to go there). Even the local lady practically throws the change in your hand. This site is an embarrassment to Shell. The only plus side is the points, but beware, they won’t remind you. The traffic lights to get out can take a few mins
