TOLL BAR SERVICE STATION

Not terribly impressed. The staff used to be really helpful and friendly but the last twice they declined to deduct the 5p Nectar card discount despite it being valid at the station. Very, very slow to reduce prices compared with other stations in the immediate area. 5/10. Must try harder

Used to be really friendly and cheerful. Last twice they were miserable and then on the last occasion the nectar card did not show the 5p a litre discount as normal. This has happened before and what they do is cancel and try again. This time it was a rude flat “no”. Bear in mind that I spend up to £150 a time filling the vehicles at this station, I decided that either Sainsburys, Tesco or Asda will get my business in future
