If you want the local gossip, which member of staff is cheating on their partner & who “can’t be ar$€d working today” then this is the place to visit. But this entertainment comes at a price; £15 a tank more compared to Jet, & shop prices that will have you swapping your debit for your credit card. And remember to get your rewards card out, because they won’t ask for it. These folk are the minority. Dunoon is a very friendly place, with good people & banter.

Absolutely terrible

8p higher than Greenock (£4 tank) & 4p higher than Jet (4 miles away). 2 out of 4 visits the Go+ Card system has been down. Therefore the visit couldn’t be counted again, nor the Costa discounted. The shop has a Subway inside and a Spar, however the prices resemble that of a ‘motorway services’ and are extortionate! Lastly, Dunoon is renowned for its friendliness, helpfulness & smile. Don’t expect that here! Shell:- SORT IT!
